How Brain Flex
works.

Brain Flex is an online IQ assessment and cognitive profile — 50 questions, five reasoning areas, one estimated IQ score. Vault logic games are an optional add-on.

    Create your account

    A Brain Flex account is free. On the web you can buy first or sign up first. On iPhone, Sign in with Apple is the native path. Exploring the product, reading methodology, and receiving challenges costs nothing.

  2. 02

    Take the IQ assessment — $4.99

    One purchase equals one complete 50-question assessment (about 25–30 min). Difficulty rises across five reasoning categories. It is a one-time purchase — not a subscription.

  3. 03

    Get your estimated IQ score

    Answers are graded on our servers. You receive one estimated IQ score on a familiar reference scale, a percentile presentation, and a full cognitive profile. This is not a clinical diagnosis.

  4. 04

    Understand your cognitive profile

    See how you performed across Pattern, Logical, Numerical, Spatial, and Verbal reasoning — including strongest and development areas.

  5. 05

    Challenge your friends

    Share a clean score card and send a challenge link. Friends take their own assessment. Your email and private details stay private.

    Keep playing with Brain Flex Vault

    Optional $4.99/month subscription for Sequence Breaker, Logic Grid, and Codebreaker. Vault does not include IQ assessments, and an IQ purchase does not unlock Vault.

What the assessment covers

    Identifying rules, relationships and transformations inside abstract visual patterns.

  • Logical Reasoning

    Working through deductions, conditional statements, classifications and ordered sequences.

  • Numerical Reasoning

    Recognising numerical relationships and progression rules without advanced mathematics.

  • Spatial Reasoning

    Mentally rotating, folding, matching and reorienting shapes in space.

  • Verbal Reasoning

    Reasoning about analogies, categories and semantic relationships between concepts.

During the test

The screen stays quiet: progress, the question, and your answers. You can move forward and back. Every response is saved as you go, so a closed tab or switched device never costs another purchase.

Brain Flex does not reveal whether an answer was correct while the assessment is running — that would change how you approach later questions.
